Erin Coleman is president and CEO of Yad Consulting LLC. Coleman started the project management consulting firm to give veterans an opportunity to use the leadership and project management skills gained in the military in the construction industry. Coleman manages day-to-day activities and leads the organization in business development and long-term planning.
