ERIN COLEMAN, ESQ. (WBE)

SUPPLY MANAGER

Erin brings experienced leadership capabilities to the TRC/YAD team.  With her experience in the military, tracking and completing projects both here and abroad and her ability to communicate and lead teams and report to upper management, she will bring excellence to the project controls management role.

​

Erin also has three-years of construction experience and knowledge. She understand the complexity of the whites creek.  Beyond just the RELM of construction, she also holds a complete understanding of the government contracting process and requirements due to her experience as a contracts attorney for U.S. Corps of engineers.  This knowledge and experience will prove an invaluable asset to the project controls team.

SELECT PROJECT EXPERIENCE

P193 Water Treatment Plant Replacement- Cherry Hill, NC

Erin provided supply management services for Garney Construction, the general contractor for the project.  She controls $7million worth of supplies from five different large supplies.  All purchase orders, submittals and invoices were fulfilled in a timely manner.  She maintained communication channels between the GC and the suppliers.

Normandy Dam Stability Project—Normandy Dam, TN

Erin provided ongoing communication and coordination between the Yad team and her client.  Through her management efforts, Yad completed scheduling updates on a consistent and timely basis meeting the client’s need and ensuring the project moved forward in a timely and efficient manner.

May 2010 Flood Litigation—Nashville, TN

Erin managed the litigation discovery team for the U.S. Corps of Engineers.  She ensured that the team conducted over 300 employee interviews.   She cataloged each interview along with the types of producible discovery each employee possessed.  She then tracked the production of the discovery to ensure the team was ready for the litigation to progress further.  Her efforts ensured the U.S. Government was successful in having a Motion to Dismiss granted in the case.

Mike brings thirty years of contruction and management experience.  His experience varies from working for the general contractor to the owner.

​

As the quality control manager for the Nashville airport project, mike will ensure all submittals are in compliance with contract requirements. He will review plans and specifications to ensure requirements are met for each construction process. 

​

Nashville International Airport, Parking Garage and Support Building

YAD CONSULTING, Nashville, TN

Quality Control Manager, Mike reviewed all design specifications and submittals to ensure adherence to the standards required on the project.  He supervised subcontractors and the supply management chain.  He advised on Quality Control protocol for the entire project and acted as the liaison between the General Contractor and the Quality Control staff from the Nashville International Airport.

Support Building for Y12, Oak Ridge, TN

US ARMY CORPS OF ENGINEERS, Nashville, TN

Mike interpreted plans and specifications and confers with contractor’s representatives to resolve differences of opinion or interpretation pertaining to assigned construction work.  He planned, coordinated, and directed the activities of his subordinates’s construction inspection personnel engaged in the surveillance and inspection of construction work at the project site.  Finally, he studied major changes in constriction plans and specification and schedules; determined changes in cost factors, labor conditions, material availability and made recommendations to management on approval or disapproval of change requests.

Air Force National Air Guard, Reserve Base at the Nashville Airport

As the architects representative at Tennessee air National Guard Mike’s responsibilities were to review the drawings and shop drawings from the general contractor and their subcontractors.  Inspected the project on a daily bases making sure the projects are as per plans and specifications. Also being the owners representative, report any work deficiencies and any non compliance safety issues at the weekly meetings.
